I think the problem is not because of posting about bounty or ICO on your account. Maybe your FB account blocked because you logged into so many FB account in the same IP or you're using more than 2 FB accounts at the same time then your account will have to do checkpoint.
But don't worry cause there are a lot of people can help you unlocking your account in few second with really low price
