UPDATE:

Some people have brought up that UFR is shilled on a discord channel called "shill" for pump and dump. I have seen the screenshots of the group and nowhere they state that they're P&D. What they're doing is increasing exposure to low market cap coins, obviously not by the best means. Increasing exposure is essential to any coin, like RaiBlocks which went under the radar for a long time unnoticed, then gained exposure and here it is. Calling UFR a scam cause it has groups shilling it, is unfair to the project and the devs.
There have been users at 4chan, claiming that UFR copied parts from FEENIX whitepapaer. FEENIX website is down, and their last posts are on november 2nd. UFR published their whitepaper on August 30 and bitcointalk ANN thread was started on October 2nd. FEENIX ANN thread was created on October 10. Judge yourself.
Concerning the github devs plan to open source it - particularly once the UFR/ETH wallet has been tested extensively. Because their app involves wallets and the transferring of UFR between peers, they want to be sure users' funds are secure before releasing the source code.
