Well you should have paid more than just 3 GWEI since you might know that the Ethereum nework is too congested for now. Any transactions whether it is the tokens or ETH transactions are pending because of low fees. Only those transactions which have higher fees are getting confirmed.
So you will have to wait until the the network congestion lowers and the transactions are confirmed. Yes, the transaction will be confirmed eventually but it is tough to say when because of the low fee.

Can I stop the pending transaction?
I can not send the money again because I am not sure wether the transaction will be succeed eventually which means I may pay twice.
And the reciever is so anxious because he has waiting for too long.

What can we do now? How can I add more gas for this trasaction ?
Or I can do nothing but wait?
