I'm assuming this was a transaction coming from Poloniex? Have you contacted their support?

This input is my withdrawal from btc38 on April 15. I withdraw same amount ric from polo yesterday (April 27), i don't recieve anything still now.
In "BALANCES, DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS", ric deposit and withdrawal can not be handled now. There must be some problem.
Polo's support is very slow, about one week time is used to reply my last ticket.
