they do have tough competition in the business they chose to explore. so if they can attract clients that will utilise their app actively, they might have the chance to grow and cement their position in the crypto community.
however, it is always good to wait for the feedback from the users and lets see how satisfied they are! if not, try using their app with small amount of your coins first. because in this age, a project or app can disappear anytime without your knowledge, and such situation is not far from happening.

I agree that there are a lot of competitors in the market, its difficult now to break into first places to be in the lead, as people invested a lot of money in advertising
