What's troubling was that out of that 11000 cases, about 800 was perpetrated by repeat offenders. Those guys could have been raping more before they finished with this stash of kits. How is this happening in America?

Exactly. Good question Mometaskers. I have a thread here titled "Targeted Individual." At some point I found myself being stalked and targeted for harassment large scale by Psychopaths of organized crime.
How the fuck is this happening I found myself thinking?

If you look up Targeted Individual or Gangstalking online you will find sites with people trying to bring awareness to this problem, and you will also find just as many people trying to discredit them, and to keep this in the dark. Before I had to look it up and research it I'd never even heard of it.

Mometasker, there's not as many decent people like you and me left in this world as you might think.
Both of these things are to a degree that should only be possible in a third world country, probably even beyond that. Are law enforcement and government failing us completely?
Is a new pre-civilization era up next?
