There is lot of problems with this chain and it getting forked all the time when shit loads of staking rewards drop on you that means you are out.
Only one method is working for me to get up to date or fix the coin balance.
You need in giro folder located in Roaming (%appdata%) remove 2 folders - blocks and chainstate then start the wallet. It will download full good chain up to date, this will take a while...
On discord we have one day remaining voting regarding fix, swap etc. We will get new better coin soon hopefully Grin

thanks!!! nothing is working i have tried everything what i can sync doesnt finish i get more an dmore days/hours missing in the sync. the network traffic is realy low
