If you could provide us with the domain that was a clone site for scamming, we could report it.
But if you don't tell us the domain, we cannot report it and help to take it offline. I suppose you are talking about one of those google ads which might be regional.

Yup he is definitely talking about the Google ads. I searched and the first result ( Google ad) was a fake site. Exact copy, but they're also giving discounts lol!
