What rollover are you referring to exactly, please? We don't have any rollover set on our bonuses, and if we have one, it would have been clearly noted. If you were referring to something else by chance, I would appreciate if you would explain it.

The email bonus you received was actually the monthly bonus in the form of a daily reload claim. As for when the monthly bonuses are sent out, it is actually totally random, but we try to keep it around the middle of the month. This month it was a bit delayed since the new game was being prepared for the release.
