How do you lose weight, especially if youra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

I've been watching simply rhaze a youtuber and her husband is trying to lose weight, what they do is they order a meal in light and easy it is a website, the food are healthy and low calories the food are packed and labeled for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. I think it helps because as i can see in her every video his husband become skinny.
