Except for the fact INS albeit the really great team has no working product but rather previous experience in creating online marketplace in Russia. Some letters of intent were signed, few big names got interested just like in case with Ambrosus but that`s all. INS if ever take place it is not going to be in any near future. Have you checked INS token price? This is the scariest part: 0.1 ETH during ICO! all followed with bunch of terms to wipe their hands clean. Company being registered in tax heaven and targets major US cities as market? Common.

You left out the fact that they created online "FOOD" delivery marketplace in Russia, not just any other online business. Anyone in Russia familiar with INS' https://instamart.ru ? Maybe you can tell us how that company is doing in Russia. I believe there is a minimum requirement of 0.1 ETH to participate in the crowdsale and the fixing is 1ETH=300 tokens if you miss out on the bonuses, which can be as high as 25%
