I think you're not reading their announcement very well that showed at the top on your account.
Almost 2 years using that exchange but I never experienced the same as yours.

Yes, we are the same experienced all are smooth transactions on that exchange, because I read first and search before making a transaction.

SCAM? I don't think so, maybe they are lack of staff to resolve their costumer's issues.

I read there announcement but the swap from September 25th to October 25th. now we have december and all other exchanges it is working.
also it should be good if they let me transfer back to trading wallet so that i can trade ICX to other currency, but this is also not possibile. why is it possible to trade and move from trading to main wallet? makes no sense
