gltminer.com -> show wrong hashrate on blake2b algo and if i mine block, pool dont send any coins Sad

i using my own miner and works well on NOMP pool but i cant connect now Sad

And gltminer not work, show incorrect hashrate and if i found block, he send me nothin (im only one miner on the pool) Sad
