updated Motherboard bios

downloaded and set MSI afterburner with:

POWER LIMIT: 65%
temp limit 85degrees not connected to power limit
CORE CLOCK 0
MEMORY CLOCK 480
FAN SPEED AUTO

any suggestion is welcome :-)
