Because I think that most of investors will sell everything to buy more Bitcoins.

If the bitcoin goes to 2,000 then the other coins will also goes down and some of the ICOs will end their project because of the low price in the market and they will give the reward when the market gets stables. It will also get hard for other people get a high profit they will just rather hodl their coins nor they will buy to add value to their coin. As of the moment it is not good to look for an ICOs cause of the low market price and some of the ICOs is giving a small amount of reward.
