No, SHIFT will be used to host decentralized websites.

Example: You made a website, uploaded it to SHIFT's Phantom dApp and it will be hosted on many servers (example:50 servers) and you can point your domain towards your Phantom hosted site thanks to the JENGA solution.

Also, such hosted websites are harder to DDOS and censor by the government (let them try to shutdown 100's of servers Grin
