Check in %appdata%\Solaris if your wallet file is still there.

There is not i was complet reinstall Windows total clean disk :/ but i saved address and pass code on flash disk

Are you sure you formatted the hard disk ? Perhaps you did a re-install or upgrade which may have retained some files.
