Low rewards will prevent potential dumps from miners.
However, it takes long period, around one month and a half to release enough coins for the first masternode.
It's a long waiting time, in my opinion.
In contrast, no premined coins is a good decision of Bitcoin Hard team.

little reward is good otherwise the people come back to pull the prices down
