Offline Bitcoin is available, but internet connection is required to control it. So it literally loses the meaning of Bitcoin without internet, but physical Bitcoin can be used.

this is mean of online currency needed to internet and electric.
also physical Bitcoin need to be linked into Pc or any other device connected with internet
