Why is the level system needed in your app if the level of every user is almost the same?

Level system is needed to let active and reliable system participants to make more profit. The users levels are different, too.

No. I visited the platform when the beta testing started, all of them had the same levels.

The reason is that it was quite hard to increase the level during the first days of testing. The situation has improved now.

Are there already people who managed to reach the maximum level?

I dont think so. As for me, the access to the maximum level should be provided only after development of all the three basic apps of the platform.
