Thanks for the heads up. Scammers are some of the lowest of the low to me. Jail time is not enough punishment. I made a post in meta about how newbies should not be allowed to post in the marketplace. This wouldnt eliminate it ,but I still believe it would help prevent scammers from just joining the site and posting a scam. Other forums I belong to do it that way to help keep the marketplace to contributing members of the community.

It's funny you say that because I just thought to myself how messed up other marketplace's would be if newbies were allowed to post. Of course, I never would have been allowed to post this or other things, but I would have been ok with it if it meant knowing the people posting there were somewhat trusted on the site. I would have still been able to PM them or use their off-site contact info to reach out and make the purchase. Tsk tsk.
