We have flourished within the 16 months of 3va, since the launch on November 17, 2017. We have covered 6 cities in Russia, which gives a total of more than 1000 medical professionals on our platform. Our next milestone is to cover CIS and MENA regions.

Apart from the stress of booking an appointment with a doctor, patients struggle and even become frustrated (which certainly will not help their current condition!) over medical jargon that creates a border between patient and doctor. We want to make our medical assistance search more focused on how each person feels and add human language powered search to our platform.

We also believe that AI in healthcare is just a few, substantial steps away from actually helping patients in their daily lives. One area which they need to perfect is processing human language, and the way individuals use it, both as to describe but also to search.Where one of them is, no surprise, that robots are far behind from processing human language, which means understanding patients condition.
