I do not escrow payoneer, but I can escrow btc part, seller will deposit btc to my address, then after you send payoneer fund, and seller confirm that received , I will release btc .

In this case, we will try to somehow resolve it, I will request proof from both you statement, screenshot..and decide who is lying. Keep in mind that payoneer reversible payment method , so you seller risk even after deal completed successful. So since you newbie without trust I doubt that you find someone who will trust you.

I think only if you pay with payoneer via credit card its possible to chargeback isnt it?
I dont think its possible to chargeback when you use your balance, or am i wrong?
