what does that mean? it counts only 3 per ip... why the +?

There are 3 ip click limits for 1 link.

Suitable for Faucet sites.

That's really not new, I see 60% shortlinks use plus sign when writing views count Cheesy

Ex- clicksfly, tokenfly, etc
