Just wanted to make a post for everyone to see because I think it is important. I'm a big fan of VR, own an Oculus Rift, and use several VR apps +games. The Looq mock-up is literally a screenshot of the Oculus Rift store, but they just put the Looq logo in the top header bar. I highly doubt they have any partnerships they mentioned, but I do know that they stole an image of the Oculus Rift store and are trying to pass it on as their own. Plus the team is barely communicating in the thread. Take this for what you want, but please take caution. Below is an image of the Oculus Rift store, notice how it is exactly the same as the "Looq Mock-Up":
