They could say "We are having troubles with a hacker, please help us go up donating to xxxx address" (Just like minersbit.com)

I cannot assure he is or he is not a thief, that is a grave accusation.

Still, I wonder why the site is up and some things work. If you are gonna rob, just shutdown and disappear. with everything, not just BTC. What is the point of having up the engine? (Not saying this is not or it is, a thief).
