Same here, restarted everything and still registering double stales.
Conclusion would be that Ethermine is having some issues or very high fluctuation in hash-rate.

But one thing is certain, the time of uploading a share has increased from 40ms to 60ms now (without any hardware, software or bandwidth changes).

some of ethermine miners only facing high stale shares problem.now i have changed my pool its fine now (from ethermine to nanopool), iam getting 0-1% stales now

I noticed the same problem, huge increase of stale shares about 12 hours ago in ehttermine with v 11.4, i will try 11.5 before change pool.

How can you see stales in nanopool?
