I think that bearish market could be very long and some projects will not survive until next boom. Because of that investing in the falling assets is more risky than investing in increasing ones. The people now should be more careful.

Wait for long time would be worth it once the purpose of our waiting will happen. However, once our expectations didn't happen it is ridiculous. Risky is everywhere so we must be careful in our lives by having here. This year is not showing better price condition but performing in other way which we can still experience the decrease momentum now.
