Bitmain doesn't charge shipping for replacement ASIC within warranty, but you do have to ship defective unit at your own cost. For me, it's 1 day delivery to their California repair center and it usually takes Bitmain 1-2 weeks to ship replacement from Shenzhen.

Thank you, this is what I was looking for. Just have to patiently wait for them to process my ticket.
