Yeah.
For a 15 years old company who have interacted 24/7 with consumers/customers throughout their existence, you'd think they'd put in more effort into "pitching" their product to the community. Site is also a generic design mess layered with typos. 15 Y/O, you said...

We recognize our faults. We know there are issues. Our focus isnt marketing or gimmicks, its a solid project. If you placed an order online in the last 10 years and it was in doubt, chances are, we validated it.
