Well would you ship it first then? Think about it, be in my position. If i were near you i would pick up it in your offices (if you have), i wouldn't think twice, but i am far away from you.

Conditions are set from beginning. No one is forcing you to buy it. Sorry that we cannot meet your requirement Sir.

This whole thing is suspicious, here are the warning signs:
No Escrow.
No pictures.
Selling from someone else, "staff member" who ever that might be. .
Claiming item is new, when it is not.

Not accepting escrow is always a very bad sign.
