I dont know for sure, but I was about to go for it before I decided to make some research about it and stumbled across a lot of post online and even on the bitcointalk.org forum claiming that Hitbtc is a scam. So that made me to quit from it, I cant take such risks. I dont usually go for anything that has a bad reputation, cause I cant risk my hard earned money, I know the sweat it took, it wasnt easy. And losing it just like that, no matter how little I lose, its something I cant afford. But God help us.

Smart move. You'll be better off without HitBTC. They've already screwed over way too many people.
