You cant say its scam only because no PoW, PoW was yesterday, PoS and Masternodes is the future, saves energy and helps also everyone to earn rewards by investing, Miners only get coins from nothing, never put money inside and then dump the coins from their hughe cooperatied mining farm concerns.... even the 51% attacks when the system is young and has not much power yet, easy to do if you know how..... so maybe it is a scam i dont know yet, but if, than surely not because its PoS/MN coin......
