Two wise men once started to make cryptocurrencies ATM in this country back in 2017-18 something and ended up in Jail after 2-3 days of inaugration of their very first ATM in a mall of Bangalore.

They had to face some fancy time in Jail with a lot of legal problems. I think after that incident no crypto exchange owner would try to give this service of ATM until there is legal clarity around this area. You might get foreign cards for online transactions from that debit card but a complete full fledged crypto debit card in India seems like a dream.

It was unicoin founder who was jailed and that crypto currency exchange has now faded.. no doubt they returned the money to the users who all had deposited on their platform.. I was one of them who has received the money back
