Obviously, there is no 100% certainty which is going to be a successful one but is there any way to identify which ones are at least going in the right direction? Some say this is the year of ICOs but I think ICOs are always the best choice if you analyze them carefully. Most investors are just following what others do without any research and study. It leads them to scams and they blame legit ICOs as well. Liven is a great example of how ICOs can be Legit and Credible, Liven is an already established business with good number of users using it on a daily basis as a food payment app.
