I must say I am disapointed in your service. My BiFury is broken. Cscape confirmed that a week ago. I sent you several e-mails (this forum, to the webshop and the paypal address), but no response at all how this device is going to be replace.

Can you please confirm that you have receive any of these messages and how you are going to replace the unit or give me a refund?
