Good luck getting a refund. I have been asking for a refund for 2 months now. All I get is " Refunds will be processed after cards are released". They sure are taking their sweet time to actually send any cards so you getting a refund at the moment is close to 0. I gave them an ultimatum. If i dont get refunded this month i am calling Estonian Customer Protection services as Minexpay is handled through Minexsystems daughter company Chain2Pay OÜ.

I think you should report them to the Estonian authorities without delay. Their conduct towards you is a disgrace.

Oh they addressed it several times. Every single time same anwser. " refund will be processed after cards are shipped and only 80% what I paid."

So I paid 100 for a fantasy card that now costs 5 and I get back 4.

Did you pay in EUR or did you pay in ETH?

the price of the Minexpay card is tied to MNX. Now it's pretty cheap.The most expensive card now costs about $ 60. Is there an annual maintenance fee?

If i was in your shoes i wouldn't risk ordering the card right now.
