I’ve just double-checked, and I do have access to the Bitcoin wallet address I used for withdrawals. I can sign a message from that address to prove ownership if needed.
However, I’m still holding out hope for an official response from Freebitco.in support. I’ve been sending support requests to support@freebitco.in, and I only receive automated replies from fin@freebitco.intercom-mail.com.
Here are some of my ticket numbers over the past few months:

All of them say:

"Submitted – We'll pick up your ticket soon"

But I never got a reply.
As you can see from the ticket numbers, they have increased significantly over time — which suggests that the support queue is growing rapidly. I’m posting this here in the hope that an official representative notices my case and can help escalate or resolve it.

I’ve tried to reset it many times, but each time I get the following message:

"Sorry, your 2FA cannot be reset now because your last login city is different from your current city.
Please try to reset your 2FA from the same internet connection that you last used the website from."
