Its not good idea to promise where your tokens will be listed if you do not know how to even list in that exchange and all you mention is not just ordinary exchange they are currently top exchange we have in the market.

I think he has never tried to talk to any exchange about listing before, so he thinks it is a simple and fast process. Promising such things before signing a contract, or even starting any negotiations, is a sign of complete irresponsibility and unprofessionalism.
I think there will be nothing left of this project in a few weeks or even days.
