We had a terrible experience with them. They promised to host and didnt actually have the building or the power(they lied about it all until Delivery day). When our miners were delivered they said too bad, not our problem. They wouldn't even pay for shipping the items back to us. We understand your disappointment in your ability to understand us communicating when the building was ready. We told you, from the beginning, that the entirety of the project was just that, a project, and that the timeline was at the behest of the contractors and power company. We were entirely transparent with our timeline, even up to the point you mistakenly shipped your mining equipment prematurely. At no point did we say we were ready for equipment, and it was made clear to all involved that we would be ready when the power was in, and no sooner... and no, we didn't feel responsible for paying for your shipping mistake. All of the other clients could figure it out...

The point being, we as a company offer a fair service at a reasonable price, and we conduct business with the utmost professionalism. Your inability to understand timelines and your desire to get the equipment installed does not translate in to us being inept.
