If there are intermediaries, then there is a use of them. You seem like intermediary too, since you'll need your share too!

There are more than $6 billion of losses in digital market due to fraud only. Shady intermediaries is a big problem too, as often only 40% of initial budget recieved by the publisher meaning that the advertiser only gets access to 40% of the advertising inventory as well.
