The buyback will start from Q2, 2019, which is April 1 2019.

Every Quarter the buyback price will be adjusted according to market trading prices.

The purpose of this BuyBack is to allow businesses or individuals that accepts RNP Payments an alternative to convert RNP to Local Currency in bulk other than selling on the open market or exchanges.
Businesses adopt RNP as financial transactions for various purposes, saving costs, convenience etc. But they will need to convert some or all of the payments into local currency to fund their monthly expenses.
This BuyBack Scheme will allow them to do that just as conveniently as well. They will have the choice to sell RNP back to us, or into the Open Market.

From a trading point of view, this method will also support the market trading levels, but that is not our main intention.
