That's never going to happen, you never restart an economy from zero. The closest you can get to that would be carpet-bombing the world back to the middle ages. Even then you'd still have people with more than others that woukd still be a continuation of the current economy.

Most countries arn't suffering from this tbh. It's a fairly "rare and managed" issue this day and age. Bitcoin itself alone can do nothing about this as it's merely a store of value. the economic health of the underlying system is more complex than simply looking at currency.

It would make it much harder for governments to print obscene ammounts of money, prevenring run-away hyper-inflation. again a rare-ish problem.
