Neo is new big thing and probably will become bigger then ethereum. Neo hard to grow only because chinese regulation about ico. If that regulation lifted Neo will explode. And also if you hold neo you can get gas per day for holsing it.

NEO marketcap is very high at the moment. I would look into similar projects (new blockchains) that try to solve some problems this tech has, like AION/Cosmos.
