Bounties are a great way to get some tokens that can, in the long run, be worth some good money and giving back to the project with your social media activity. Everyone wins.

To bad most of the bounties exclude JR members, a bunch of us are active on the forum so this makes no sense.

Exactly,it is kinda weird to excluse those,as point of bounty is to spread awareness about the project,and Jr member signature is perfectly visible to everyone.
