you are right. some people affected by the ICO were scam, saying that the ICO would die. well, but right, maybe people like that are better off staying away from ICO, because there are still many ICOs who are really serious about running the project. this certainly can be an anxiety for people who want to join a good ICO.

Scam has become a common phenomenon in ICOS. If only a few projects are scams, then we will continue to believe in ICO, but now ICO is almost equal to scam, so people can no longer believe ICO, ICO can be considered dead.
