If you have not yet done so, proceed with registering your account:

Choose the Individual Account option, and proceed to Advanced Account upgrade from your Account Status page on the Globitex platform.

After the process of successful registration, contact the team via the Support Center, and pass along your participation details from the bounty (email, BCT name, ETH address).

This should have you ready to receive the second round of bounty distribution, if you had issues with the first.
