No one becomes rich until they solve a real world business problem. If greed can help you solve some real world problems and reduce the inefficiencies, then greed is good and becoming a millionaire is just a by-product of your efforts.

Slowly and gradually when you business expands and you want to shift your focus to a bigger picture, you will have to rely on your workers/ employees for them to ensure that you are successful...
