I have been a loyal and a repeat customer. Zlatko helped me, but it took alot of badgering MemoryDealers in pm for me to get the email address. why would you act like this. I emailed the support@bitcoinstore address repeatedly and got no response. i even tried emailing old support tickets. In the end i wouldn't have got it figured out if i wouldn't have pm'd roger and bugged him about it, but why should it have ever escalated to that point? it should have been resolved via support instead of the forums. very unprofessional.

Glad to hear that someone can get their issues taken care of, Ive been having issues with them since Dec 1 2013. As far as I can tell, the ol' bait-and-switch con is still a thing... No responses to support tickets in the last 19 days... same phantom "emails" yadda yadda
