Regarding NETELLER: It is true that you can theoretically use it wherever you live, but until now we can only grant EU customers (in the list you mentioned) the verified account status. Though we are working for more options for the future. But step by step... Wink

That is what I meant. Really sorry but listed countries only YET. I will let you know when we expand to more countries.
